We will use various elements from nature e.g. leaves, shells, seed heads and other favourite or meaningful items and make them into lovely jewellery by either painting on silver paste or making a mould. Bring your own elements or choose from the variety available in the studio or garden. You will learn how to use silver clay paste to make a beautiful piece of jewellery from a leaf or seed pod, how to make a mould of a shell or similar and use silver clay to make a replica and how to use a leaf to texture your silver clay. You will find out how to turn them all into lovely pieces of silver jewellery, how to refine the clay and then fire and polish your pieces.

Workshop runs from 10am - 5pm

No previous experience is required for this workshop.

All materials will be supplied to complete the projects. If you require extra clay, jump rings, ear wires or chains, you can buy more on the day.
