Terms and Conditions
Grey Could & Silver Linings reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes are effective as soon as they are posted on the website. It is your responsibility to check at the time of booking.
When you book a workshop or course, you are deemed to be agreeing to our terms and conditions.
Booking a Workshop
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the appropriate skill level for the workshop your are booking on to. If you are unsure, please contact us to ask.
Payment
All courses must be paid in full at time of booking. Places are only secured when payment has been received.
Any special rates or group discounts have to be paid as one amount to qualify.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that places for classes are strictly limited. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel so we can give your place to someone else.
If we can fill your space we will give you a refund, minus £20 admin fee if it is more than 14 days prior to the date of the workshop. Alternatively, we are happy to transfer the booking if you know of someone who can take your place, at no extra cost.
Cancellations made 14 days or less before the class - unfortunately the course fee can not be refunded or transferred to a later course date. If, however, you know someone who would like to take your place, we can transfer the booking at no extra cost.
No refund will be given if you are booked on a course and you do not turn up on the day. We would appreciate if you would please call and let us know if you are unable to attend or are going to be late on the day, out of respect for the tutor and your fellow students.
We reserve the right to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event this would happen, you would be offered a full refund or you can transfer the booking to another date. Any alternative course must take place within six months of the date of the cancelled course. We would give you as much notice as possible, but please note that we cannot be held responsible for any travel or accommodation costs.
Gift Voucher terms & conditions
Refunds can only be made on unused vouchers within 14 days of purchase after which they are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash/credit.
It may be possible to transfer the voucher to a different name if enough notice is given, please contact me as soon as possible to arrange this.
